Service Description

NovaAccess is an SSH terminal client that connects to Tailscale networks:

  • The app facilitates SSH connections through Tailscale’s userspace networking
  • We do not operate any servers or networking infrastructure
  • All connections are direct between your device and your target servers

Disclaimer of Liability

By using this application, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All actions performed through SSH connections are your sole responsibility
  2. We do not monitor or control how you use the SSH terminal service
  3. Any misuse or illegal activities conducted through SSH sessions are strictly your responsibility
  4. We hold no liability for any consequences resulting from your use of the application
  5. We are not responsible for data loss, security breaches, or damage to remote systems

Third-Party Services

  • NovaAccess integrates with Tailscale networks but is not affiliated with Tailscale Inc.
  • Your use of Tailscale services is governed by Tailscale’s own terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for Tailscale service availability or performance

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  2. Take full responsibility for all activities conducted through your SSH connections
  3. Not use the service for any malicious, harmful, or illegal purposes
  4. Respect the security and access policies of systems you connect to
  5. Maintain the security of your SSH keys and authentication credentials

Subscription Terms (Pro Features)

If you purchase Pro features:

  • Subscriptions are managed through the App Store
  • Cancellations must be made through your App Store account
  • Refunds are subject to App Store policies
  • Pro features are available only while subscription is active

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
  • The app depends on Tailscale and target server availability
  • We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates

Intellectual Property

  • NovaAccess and its original code are our intellectual property
  • The app uses open-source components under their respective licenses
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the application

Account Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue the service with reasonable notice
  • Remove the app from distribution platforms if necessary
  • Users retain access to locally stored data and configurations

Terms Updates

We may update these terms as needed. Major changes will be notified through the application or our website.

Limitation of Warranty
